In my practice, I work with service users who have experienced developmental trauma, adverse childhood experiences, relational trauma, and familial struggles. I work from a de-colonized, western, and trauma aware perspective with a culturally inclusive lens. I am passionate about utilizing a systemic approach while incorporating intersectionality of each person(s) I work with. I strive for open and honest conversations and connections since I know that we don't always get this type of experience in our outside relationships (i.e. family, friends, co-workers). I believe therapy is a space where you get to show up AS YOU. Come as you are. I value your authenticity and hopefully over time, you deeply feel that too. Lastly, language, respect, and inclusion are important to me and I will utilize these forms of empathy in empowering you on your journey of healing. It is my mission to help you to feel safe, seen, and acknowledged in the time we share together.
